Adviser
If you are registering as an Adviser, you will only be accepted if you have a website (as a basic form of evidence of identity) and if you are able to certify yourself as a High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor (because the law does not provide for all Advisers to see financial promotions).
Advisers who gain entry can use FiSMA's features to communicate with Investors, Entrepreneurs and other Advisers. Advisers can:
- Register as a Hign Net Worth Individual or a Sophisticated Investor and so gain the same privileges as an Investor
- Edit their online profile
- Create any number of private Project Rooms
- View Projects
- View documents and comment on Projects
- Add Projects to thier shortlist
- Add contacts
- Send private messages to contacts
- Chat online privately
- Chat online within Groups
- Chat online within private Project Rooms
- Click Skype button to start Skype conversation with online contacts.
