By registering as an Investor you will be able to view company documents that have been posted to the FiSMA web site by a wide range of different organisations currently seeking finance from external investors. Registered investors are also eligible to attend FiSMA presentation events.

By registering as a company you will be able to place, independently without the assistance of an Adviser, an overview of your own company's business proposal (in HTML format) and place a maximum of five supporting documents (in PDF format) on your own web page.
Company definitions

By registering as an Adviser (Corporate Adviser, Solicitor or Accountant) you will be able to place an overview of your client company's business proposal in HTML format and place a maximum of five supporting documents (in PDF format) on your client's web pages. (There is no restriction on the number of client companies you can register on the FiSMA web site at any one time.)
